1	Do you have a range of stock items for sale?	All our products are designed and made according to customer's demand. We have no standard lines available from stock.
2	Are you a manufacturer?	Yes, we have own factory and have been in providing professional solutions in printing and packaging industrial over 14 years.
3	What is your minimum order quantity?	As a general rule our MOQ is 1000pcs. Support batch mixing.
4	How can  I get a sample to check your quality?	Samplecostsare about 100usd-600usd depends on process of the product.Samples cost will berefundable in bulk order.
5	What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?	You can provide the box pattern you want.  The size of the product (Length*Width*Height). The material and surface finishing. Forecast quantity.  If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
6	How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production ?	Generally7-10 days for sample making. Thevolume production time is about 25-35 days.
7	Do you inspect the finished production?	Yes,all goods must pass AQL standards.
8	How do you ship the finished production?	It depends on customer’s requirement, we can arrange shipment by sea, by air or by courier, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS,etc, with competitive price. Delivery terms: Ex-works, FOB, CIF, DTD, DDP
